pakgim reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination for a cause attributable to a breach of this Agreement by you, pakgim reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings held in your Account. Real-money funds will be returned to your verified payment method net of any amounts subject to legitimate set-off claims by pakgim, provided that no legal prohibition on such return exists at the time.
